Customer Service Executive / Sr. Executive

Responsibilities:
- To prepare accurate pricing quotation for issuing to external / internal customer
- To handle incoming rates requests / booking instructions / other sundry enquiries given by external customers and /or overseas agents.
- To internally coordinate customer’s booking instructions with Operation Team
- To run shipment status daily / weekly / monthly report for sales manager’s periodical review
- To prepare for sales leads summary under sales manager’s directive guidance.
- To perform other inside sales’ related job duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE graduate or above
- Good languages proficiency of both English and Chinese
- Possess 3 to 5 years of working experiences in freight forwarding / ocean carrier industry
- Well equip with ocean freight operation knowledge and related on-job experiences
- Details oriented and proactive to solve customer’s needs
