Customer Service Executive / Sr. Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare accurate pricing quotation for issuing to external / internal customer
  • To handle incoming rates requests / booking instructions / other sundry enquiries given by external customers and /or overseas agents.
  • To internally coordinate customer’s booking instructions with Operation Team
  • To run shipment status daily / weekly / monthly report for sales manager’s periodical review
  • To prepare for sales leads summary under sales manager’s directive guidance.
  • To perform other inside sales’ related job duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Good languages proficiency of both English and Chinese
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of working experiences in freight forwarding / ocean carrier industry
  • Well equip with ocean freight operation knowledge and related on-job experiences
  • Details oriented and proactive to solve customer’s needs
